Gifts of Valuable Personal Property
KYC is grateful to receive gifts of valuable personal property, such as artwork, antiques, artifacts, collections, jewelry, automobiles, boats, etc.
We request items be photographed and directed to our Director of Development and Communications, who will facilitate all giving. Gifts of tangible personal property of $5,000 or more require an independent appraisal of fair market value. For the donor’s protection, KYC cannot establish the value of such a gift nor can it pay to have an independent appraisal made for a donor.
KYC is grateful for all desired support, but may not be able to accept all items offered. Please call (847) 524‑8800 ext. 199 to discuss donation opportunities.
