Celebrating a Successful Remember. Recover. Discover.” Event

On Saturday, September 18th 2021, KYC was honored to have hosted the 2021 Remember. Recover. Discover.” event in celebration of Recovery Month. This free event aimed to reduce stigma, increase knowledge, and provide recovery support for substance misuse, adverse mental health, co-occurring trauma, and addictive behaviors. It was a wonderful day filled with speakers, presentations, a resource fair, local artists, and a panel discussion. This event was held in partnership with the Elk Grove Village Police Department and Live4Lali.

Thank you to everyone who made this event possible, including our Communities for Positive Youth Development Coalition and team, and thank you to all who attended in-person and virtually.
