KYC Elects New Board Chair

Ken­neth Young Cen­ter is proud to announce its unan­i­mous elec­tion of our newest Board Chair, Dominice LaPorte Einig, for fis­cal year 2020

Dominice has vol­un­teered for KYC for many years, join­ing the Board of Direc­tors in 2017. In her role as Asso­ciate Vice Pres­i­dent, Lead­er­ship and Orga­ni­za­tion­al Devel­op­ment at AMI­TA Health, she is respon­si­ble for the strat­e­gy, analy­sis, design, and eval­u­a­tion for lead­er­ship and orga­ni­za­tion­al devel­op­ment pro­grams across more than 230 loca­tions of care and 26,000 associates.

Dominice is unique­ly qual­i­fied to serve as our next Board Chair while we ramp up for our 50th anniver­sary in 2020. She has a deep com­mit­ment to our clients, staff, and vol­un­teers, com­bined with a strate­gic thought­ful­ness that pro­motes growth” said Grace Hong Duf­fin, Pres­i­dent and Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer. KYC’s fis­cal year spans July 1, 2019 through June 302020.
