KYC Elects New Board Chair
Kenneth Young Center is proud to announce its unanimous election of our newest Board Chair, Dominice LaPorte Einig, for fiscal year 2020.
Dominice has volunteered for KYC for many years, joining the Board of Directors in 2017. In her role as Associate Vice President, Leadership and Organizational Development at AMITA Health, she is responsible for the strategy, analysis, design, and evaluation for leadership and organizational development programs across more than 230 locations of care and 26,000 associates.
“Dominice is uniquely qualified to serve as our next Board Chair while we ramp up for our 50th anniversary in 2020. She has a deep commitment to our clients, staff, and volunteers, combined with a strategic thoughtfulness that promotes growth” said Grace Hong Duffin, President and Chief Executive Officer. “I’m looking forward to working with her in this new role!”
KYC’s fiscal year spans July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
