Special Announcement from the CEO

Dear KYC Community:

It is with very mixed emotions that I share that Tish Rudnicki is leaving Kenneth Young Center after 28 years of wonderful service. For the past 2.5 years, Tish served as KYC’s Chief Program Officer (CPO) and has been an integral part of KYC’s growth and development. Prior to her roles as CPO, Tish had led the Older Adults Division of KYC. Her success as a leader in the field has led her to be named the new Executive Director of North Shore Senior Center (NSSC).

Her compassion, thoughtful leadership, and generous support of the KYC team have inspired and guided our work throughout her various roles in the agency. Although we are excited for her in this new role, Tish will be deeply missed by our clients, staff, and the KYC Community.

Please join me in thanking Tish in her dedication to KYC and congratulating her on the innumerable successes waiting for her at NSSC

And finally, to Tish! Wishing you all the best! KYC is a stronger agency because of your work, leadership, and compassion. Thank you for your service and know this is not the end of your relationship with KYC – our doors will always be open to you and we are looking forward to potential partnerships!

All the best,
Grace Hong Duffin
