Medicare Open Enrollment

Open Enroll­ment is your once-a-year oppor­tu­ni­ty to change your ben­e­fit choic­es. The ben­e­fits you elect dur­ing Open Enroll­ment will be effec­tive Jan­u­ary 1^st, 2025 to Decem­ber 31^st, 2025.

Ken­neth Young Cen­ter’s SHIP (Senior Health Insur­ance Pro­gram) coun­selors will be avail­able by appoint­ment to assist with Medicare Part D Pre­scrip­tion Drug Plans. Addi­tion­al phone appoint­ments may be avail­able for indi­vid­u­als with five or few­er med­ica­tions or who have Extra Help.

We will eval­u­ate your exist­ing plan and com­pare oth­er plans that might be a bet­ter match for your needs. We will offer appoint­ments between the hours of 10AM and 3PM on Thurs­day, Octo­ber 17^th; Tues­day, Novem­ber 12^th; Mon­day, Novem­ber 18^th; and Thurs­day, Decem­ber 5^th.
