This group is open to adults cur­rent­ly wait­ing for per­ma­nent assign­ment of a ther­a­pist and those engaged in care look­ing to expand their supports.

  • Prac­ti­cal tools and strate­gies for per­son­al growth
  • Dis­cus­sions aimed at enhanc­ing under­stand­ing and skill-building
  • A wel­com­ing envi­ron­ment to learn and con­nect with others
  • Light snacks will be available.
