Older Adult Services

People generally want to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. KYC works with older adults aged 50 or older, families with older adults, and people with disabilities to ensure quality care and support throughout the aging process. We provide in-home support, as well as services to help older adults locate and use resources, so they can maintain their dignity and independence.

Prevention Services

KYC’s Positive Youth Development (PYD) program promotes healthy choices for youth ages 10 – 17 through education and awareness of health issues, community collaboration, and evidence-based programs that support substance abuse prevention.
